How do I order from Close Call Clothing?
Choose your product and size in the shop, add it to your bag and complete your purchase at checkout. Ordering is possible with or without a customer account.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently available at checkout: Credit / Debit Card, PayPal.
What does shipping cost?

How does a return work?

Which size fits me?
Our pieces are Modern Athletic Fit: sporty, not tight, unisex, regular fit. Find the exact measurements in the Size Guide section.
How do I take care of my piece?
Short version in the Care section: wash as rarely as possible at 30°C, inside out, without fabric softener, and never in the dryer.

We ship to Germany, EU countries and selected non-EU countries in Europe (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein).

* Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Mon to Fri). Transit time (after handover to the carrier): depends on zone. Total delivery time (processing plus transit) is the sum of both.
* Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to import charges (e.g. customs duty, import VAT) and carrier service fees. These costs are not charged by us and are payable by the recipient.
Returns and Exchanges
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You can find the details in our Cancellation Policy.

Returns are possible within 14 days. Please send items back unworn, unused and with tags attached where possible.

Announce your return (recommended)
Send us a short note at hello@close-call-clothing.com with your order number and the items you want to return. This helps us match your return faster.

Pack the items
Please send items back unworn, unused and with tags attached where possible. Use suitable packaging, ideally the original packaging.

Shipping
We recommend shipping with tracking. Keep the proof of postage until the return is complete.
Refunds
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the purchase amount (including any refundable shipping costs per the Cancellation Policy) to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return.
Exchanges
Exchanges
We don't currently offer a direct exchange. If you'd like a different size or a different style, please return the item and place a new order.
Damage and Defects
Damage, defects or the wrong item
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at hello@close-call-clothing.com, ideally with a photo and your order number, so we can find a quick solution.

All measurements refer to the finished garment and are flat measurements. If in doubt between two sizes, we recommend the larger size.

Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
Chest
Measure flat from armpit to armpit.
Shoulder
Measure from the base of the collar to the shoulder seam.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve.
Note
All measurements are garment measurements, not body measurements. Variations of plus or minus 1 to 2 cm are possible due to production.
Care
So your piece stays the way it is for longer.
Principle
Less is more
Only wash when needed. It protects the fibers, the fit and the print, and keeps your piece fresh for longer.
Washing
Wash gently
Wash at 30°C. Turn inside out and wash similar colors together.
Detergent
Mild detergent
A mild detergent is enough. No fabric softener: it can affect elasticity and structure.
Spin cycle
Low spin speed
Choose a low spin speed. It reduces stress on seams and elastic fibers.
Drying
Air dry
After washing, pull back into shape and air dry. Avoid direct sun. Never use the dryer.
Ironing
Iron inside out
Iron inside out on low to medium heat. Avoid prints and embroidery.
